Impactful Work with ‘Neurodivergent’ Clients

Panza Committee is delighted to introduce Karen Rawden, a Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist from the UK whose specialism is working with ADHD, AuADHD and Autism.

Karen will offer informed and practical guidance for psychosynthesis guides (counsellors and psychotherapists) wanting to be mindful and responsive to clients whose experiencing and expression is ‘atypical’.

Owing to the scope of the subject matter, this professional development event is a 3-hour presentation / workshop held over two evenings (20 March and 17 April, 2025) – each 1.5 hours in length.  Registration covers both evenings.

Karen Rawden (UKCP, Reg.MBACP) is a psychosynthesis psychotherapist specialising in neurodivergence, specifically ADHD, AuDHD and ASD experience.

As well as her private practice, Karen offers private tutoring for MA level students with ADHD. Karen is on the faculty at the Institute of Psychosynthesis where she works as a Studies Advisor on the psychotherapeutic counselling and psychotherapy stream for students nearing qualification.

Karen was trained at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London and her 2020 MA Thesis about working psychotherapeutically with ADHD clients received the Emma Stavrou award. She writes regularly on therapy topics for the psychotherapy community and has been featured in the UKCP ‘New Psychotherapist’ magazine and the BACP Psychospiritual Journal ‘Thresholds’. Prior to retraining, Karen had a career as a conference and workshop producer in the events industry. Karen has extensive personal and professional knowledge about the impacts, risks and potential of ADHD and ASD. She has been diagnosed with ADHD for ten years.
