It’s that time of year again!

As an Incorporated Society, PAnzA must hold an Annual General Meeting each year.

Your committee presents updates about how we are tracking (financials, administration, meaning-making), and we ask for your participation in decision-making. We take the opportunity to be together as a body aligned to the psychospiritual psychology of Psychosynthesis.

We have a short agenda this year.

We revisit the issue of membership categories having done the requested work on this issue since the last AGM.

By way of a heads-up, PAnzA is in need of a secretary, and ideally one other person to join us on committee for the upcoming year. Have you ever considered this kind of service to our community? Please call Kim Frances on 0226707232 if you’d like to discuss this possibility prior to the AGM. Alternatively you can show up at the AGM – bright eyed, bushy tailed – and we will happily usher you in!

Please find attached all the documents you may need in preparation for the upcoming meeting.

Please also note the opportunity to participate in the meeting by offering your proxy. This can be done by completing the attached form and forwarding this to admin@panza.org.nz.
