Group learning: Trained in the USA by Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estés, I facilitate study groups and retreats for women based on her world acclaimed book celebrating the psychology of the feminine, “Women Who Run With the Wolves”. Woven into these groups are the ecocentric/soulcentric models of being and becoming as outlined by Bill Plotkin in his books (Nature and the Human Soul, Wild Mind) as well as the therapeutic use of vibration (crystal singing bowls) and rhythm (traditional drums from around the world) to relax, calm, energise and connect to self and other.
